Programa pra Detectar placa de som

pessoal é o seguinte...

peguei o pc antigo de meu sogro pra instalar o windows98se de novo, formatei, insalei o 98 e não estou conseguindo instalar a placa de som, e o modem ISA.

agora estou nele, peguei outra placa de rede minha e consegui instalar nele, e estou pelo velox agora.

como eu não tava conseguindo pelo 98, eu resolvi tentar uma coisa, pra ver se pelo windows xp, ele instalava e dizia qual era a marca..só q nem pelo xp instalou a placa de som.

esse pc aqui, n é bom..é um celeron 300mhz, com 128de ram.. a placa de video é onboard SIS 6326 AGP 8mb..

a placa mãe é intel

tem dizendo isso aqui no chipset da intel

Tem algum software pra eu saber qual a marca da placa de som onboard.. já tentei acha falando sobre essa placa-mãe, e nada..sobre as descricoes dela..e eles nem tem mais o manual da placa mãe.
