Problema com leitora GWA-4164b

Olá pessoal, tudo bem?

Estou precisando muito da ajuda de alguém que entenda dessa gravadora.

Há muito tempo ela começou a dar problemas e até chegou a parar de funcionar, daí eu atualizei seu firmware e consegui ressucitá-la. Tempos depois, voltou a dar problemas e novamente, mudei o firmware. Atualmente estou com o firmware que muda o gwa em gsa ou alguma coisa do tipo.

O meu problema atual é o seguinte: NÃO CONSIGO gravar dvd-r mais. Muitas vezes a leitora nem consegue reconhecer o dvd virgem, outras ela reconhece, mas mal começa a gravação e dá erro. O pior (ou melhor) é que ela consegue gravar dvds-rw! Não entendo?!
