erro: isc-dhcp-server não sobe

O serviço isc-dhcp-server simplesmente não sobe. Ja verifiquei os arquivos de configuração e não encontrei nada que possa ocasionar o erro. Ao reiniciar o serviço me aparece a seguinte mensagem:

Segue abaixo as configurações dos arquivos isc-dhcp-server e em seguida dhcpd.conf.
