tela azul c/ diagnóstico do whocrashed + configurações do pc

Pessoal, estou enfrentando uma tela azul persistente, vocês poderiam me ajudar?

whocrashed apresenta isso:

Veja se funciona em Modo de Segurança. Se funcionava corretamente antes faça uma restauração do Windows para uma data anterior.
