C++ Não consigo instalar o V++ 2017 nem o 2015!

Acabei de formatar meu computador,

coloquei o WINDOWS 8.1, minha placa-mãe é UEFI e coloquei o hd em gpt para continuar a instalar o windows, 

quando terminei, fui logo aos drivers, instalei todos, e ao chegar no NVIDIA GEFORCE EXPERIENCE, não consegui devido ao você++, não conseguia instala-lo

dava um erro
