Connection -- Modem Initialization Strings

Select an link for specific modem settings. Note that V.90 disable codes forces the modems to connect at 33.6K or lower, while speed limiters modify the 56K speeds between 33.6K and 56K. (These should only be used by persons knowledgeable in configuring modems):
