Erro No Counter-strike Porfavor Me Ajudem!

Ola pessoal do clube.

Bom, preciso da ajuda de todos .

O meu counter strike esta com um problema serio, ele não consegue execurtar o config.cfg, e já tentei de tudo para arruamar mais eu não consigo, já tentei reinstalar deletando a pasta sierra, já reinstalei o windows, já mudei o windows, já fiz muita coisa e não estou conseguindo.
