Erro ao Instalar MS Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable

Olá, eu estou tentando instalar um softare de edição de video, o sony vegas,

porém na instalação ele tem um pré requisito que é a instalação do

visual c++ 2005 redistributable

esse pacote ja vem com ele, porém da erro ao instalar

se alguem puder me ajudar, porque não consigo instalar o software

devido a essa pendencia.

e assim consegui instalar.
