Navegador com Abas

como criar um sistema de abas eu ja estou com o navegador feito queria saber como faze-lo ter abas que nem no Firefox ou Google Chrome obrigado

Simule as abas com gifs de duas cores, um para a cor ativa e outro para as que estiverem inativas.

Essa simulação estará inserida em um frame.
