Mantenha como "automatica" as atualizações do windows. Novas brechas de segurança são descobertas com freqüência. Muitos malwares exploram essas brechas, infectando sistemas sem depender de nenhuma ação do usuário. A Microsoft corrige essas brechas através das atualizações. Por isso é fundamental manter o seu sistema atualizado.

Nos ultimos dias o note ficou lento, engasgando pra escrever em sites, travamentos em abrir videos nos sites. Houve a tentativa de entrada de virus e não sei se o antivirus o eliminou; Gostaria de ajuda.

Meu computador é um DELL inspiron 6567 cim Windows 10. O problema começou logo após eu deletar sem querer o conteúdo da minha área de trabalho. Resolvi então voltar a um ponto anterior na recuperação do sistema para reaver o conteúdo da pasta. Escolhi o ponto e ele começou a tentar recuperar os arquivos. Depois de alguma demora percebi que o note estava com tela preta e o computador não reiniciava. Ele passa do logotipo Dell mas não carrega a tela do login. Tentei reiniciar  algumas vezes por F12 mas não obtive sucesso. O que fazer?
