Olá obrigado pela informação amigo é um servidor dedicado eu não tinha mais o acesso ao ssh para resolver somente modo rescue ou acesso via lara KVM Eu consegui resolver o problema pelo rescue montando uma partição mnt com permissão chroot-prepare /mnt chroot /mnt Cliente conseguiu corromper alguns serviços tive que reinstalar o ssh ,firewall e iptables dei as permissões no iptables e adicionei permissão de acesso no arquivo hosts.allow reiniciei o servidor deu certo.
