Oi, então... depois de muito tempo tentando e muito tempo sem tentar (porque eu ja tinha desistido) o problema simplesmente sumiu, nao tenho certeza do que fiz para poder informa-los. Ultima coisa foi uma restauração, mas restaurei p um ponto que tinha tb o problema... portanto, nao sei informar o que aconteceu, mas graças a Deus esta resolvido... por enquanto! Boa tarde! Maskill, fiz tudo o que voce me pediu. Bom, a respeito da sua ultima orientação : "clique em ferramentas..." na hora de desativar os programas suspeitos 1º eu desativei só o maaais suspeito de todos "rundll32.exe...." (bem obvio né) então, achei que fosse ele o problema, daí eu desativei somente ele. Reiniciei o win e ainda estava c o problema, fiz um teste ligando o bluetooth do meu celular e nada... De volta ao Ccleaner, desativei todos os programas, o unico q nao consegui foi o avast e reiniciei mais uma vez! Meus caros, ainda estou com esse problema... Alias, gostaria de dizer que, esta demorando um pouco mais p a abertura da tela da area de trabalho, fica preto por alguns segundos apenas c a setinha :S HELP ME D:

Fiz o mesmo Elielson, exclui todos os arquivos que foram detectados como malwares.. E advinhem? ainda estou com o problema! Me ajudem!!!!

Oi rebello, sinceramente não faço ideia do que aconteceu para ele "parar" de funcionar. Se foi um problema fisico, eu nao sei o que poderia ter afetado! Se alguem puder me ajudar a entender... E se ele nao está mais funcionando por causa de um problema fisico, o que eu posso fazer para ele voltar a funcionar?

Olá! Estou com este problema há um tempo. Acredito que foi até por causa dele que formatei meu Note entre outros problemas... O Bluetooth do meu notebook rv-420-cd2br nao funcionava e ainda nao funciona. Encontrei os drivers, baixei e instalei.... e ele ainda nao funciona. Nos icones da area de notificação, o icone do bluetooth aparece e na frente esta escrito "processo de host do windows (rundll32)". Também fui investigar na pasta do windows (em todas as pastas) e em todas elas o arquivo/aplicativo rundll32 aparece diferente dos outros arquivos/aplicativos/extensoes de aplicativos,etc -- e não consigo modifica-lo também! Escanei meu pc e nao encontrei nada.
