Tenho que reinstalar windows do zero se faço upgrade da h81 pra b250 32gb DDR4? Ou é só ligar e deixar o windows configurar?

Quais outros ventiladores tem no gabinete? Tem fans na frontal direcionando ar fresco para a traseira do gabinete? A tendencia é que melhore sim, nem que apenas um pouco.
Se não tiver fans frontais, recomendo avaliar a possibilidade de fazer up de gabinete para um modelo mais moderno. Por ex:

Nenhuma fan inclusa, mas ao menos a frente é em mesh e a parte de cima também tem por onde o ar quente sair. Talvez mesmo sem comprar fan nenhuma já tenha uma melhora em relação ao que tem hoje.

Ola, bom dia, tem congelamentos o pc para nos aplicativos de Vídeo e no jogo, congela e trava tudo, nem luz do numlock funciona. Ai limpei a memória e fico bom, mas ainda noto que fica demorando pra carregar partes do jogo, o jogo é scum, a placa de vídeo é uma RTX 2060 6GB mais que o jogo pede. E memória é 2x8GB, compensa comprar outra e substitui-las?

Mas está muito mal contada essa estória. As placas-mãe mais recentes sem suporte a rede Gigabit são as de chipset H61 (nem todas) de 12 anos atrás.
O que pode estar acontecendo aí é você não ter instalado os drivers (caso o chip de rede seja de terceiros, não nativo da MB) ou usar um switch/cabo/emenda obsoleto.
Eu uso o Driver booster pra atualizar o drive. Ele atualizou e mesmo assim só da 63MB

BOm dia, tenho um pc que só chega a 46MB e a velocidade de conexão é 100MB, no celular da 100 no pc da 46MB. O que fazer?
Veja o adaptador ethernet diz que esta conectado a 100MB mas nos testes nos sites mostra 46, 60 no máximo. To usando conexão a cabo da fasternet de 100MB.

Bom dia, meus amados. To com um notebook S199il que é muitíssimo lento, já levei no técnico e ele disse que não compensa trocar as placas pois fica caro, ele usa windows 8. O que vcs fariam?
O técnico coloco windows 8 de novo e não adiantou, ele demora muito mesmo pra iniciar e pra executar programas.
