Macro para ajustar planilha de acordo com a resolução do computador

Amigos, bom dia!

É possível criar uma macro que ajuste a visualização da planilha de acordo com a resolução do computador? Ou forçar (estipular) uma resolução padrão?

Se alguém souber de alguma agradeço!

Eu encontrei esta função que altera a resolução do monitor.

Como VBA não é minha praia, se tiver alguma dúvida pergunte para os feras em VBA que temos aqui no fórum.
