Icpanel/apache me causando problemas.

Ola, nao se es exatamente nesta area que devo pedir ajuda, sou usuario novo, então nao conheço totalmente o forum, se necessario, por favor, apaguem o meu topico.

Bom, a alguns meses ja, tenho tido um problema com icpanel/apache, ate onde eu sei e uma programa de gerenciar sites ou coisa do tipo.

Sempre que tento acessar sites como google, yahoo, msn, a maioria dos sites de grandes empresas, aparece uma dizendo o seguinte ( copiei e colei a tela).

Meu inglês e pessimo e eu nao entendo nada de configuraçoes de http, eu nao instalei nenhum tipo de programa com os nomes icpanel ou apache, acredito que tenha sido instalado por engano por alguem que usou o meu pc, ou que tenha vindo com algum tipo de virus.

Ja tentei mudar de navegador mas nao adiantou, então se alguem tiver alguma informaçao sobre o que eu posso fazer desde ja agradeço.
