Faz testes com VPN, 4G e outras coisas relacionadas a rede, desinstala e instala o App, garante que o navegador está aberto quando abrir o App e que ele é seu navegador padrão, talvez é algum detalhe que nós não notamos que está ocorrendo com você!

The URL will open the same Login screen what you got in small in the Remote play app. Enter your account details. Step 4 If everything went good.
