Eu havia mandado um e-mail para o suporte e eles me responderam e consegui resolver o problema, eu já havia feito esse processo diversas antes e nunca deu problema exceto pelo passo em que desliga e liga novamente o teclado.

3. Power off;
4. Turn on the switch under the keyboard;
5. Press FN+Tab to switch to Bluetooth mode;
6. When connecting to the Bluetooth mode, turn on the Bluetooth mode on the phone or tablet, press Tab+Fn on the keyboard, and after switching to the Bluetooth mode, press Fn+Q/W/E/R/T/Y, be sure to continue for 3 seconds until Q The /W/E/R/T/Y key flashes, and then pair the phone or tablet.
