Galera achei como faz de qualquer forma obrigado.
Só duas observação resolveu o problema reconheceu o HD novo, mas atualização o /forceit não resolveu o que resolveu foi colocar a bios em um pendrive com inicialização DOS e executar a bios pelo DOS.

Lembrando que para fazer a atualização de Bios, o carregador deve estar plugado na maquina.
Caso mostre algum erro, poderá 'forçar' essa atualização de Bios, pelo prompt de comando.
Neste caso, coloque o arquivo .exe na raiz do Disco Local (C:), após abra o prompt e digite duas vezes 'cd..' .
Em seguida, coloque o nome completo do arquivo seguido de '-forceit -nopause' ou '/forceit', e pressione enter.

Obs: No site de download da Bios, ele mostra em 'Installation instructions' a forma de instalar por fora do Windows.
Para isso, antes é necessário criar um pendrive bootavel e depois colocar o arquivo .exe dentro dele.
Com o pendrive pronto, tens que saber o modo de Boot que esta selecionado na Bios da maquina, segue abaixo as instruções, para o modo Legacy e em seguida UEFI:
Run the BIOS update utility from DOS environment, if Legacy Boot mode (Non-Windows users)
1. Copy the downloaded file to a bootable DOS USB key.
2. Power on the system, then Press F12 key and Select "USB Storage Device" and Boot to DOS prompt.
3. Run the file by typing copied file name where the executable is located.
4. DOS System will auto restart and update BIOS while system startup screen.
5. After BIOS update finished, system will auto reboot to take effect.
Run the BIOS update utility from DOS environment, if UEFI Boot mode with Load Legacy Option disabled (Non-Windows users)
1. Copy the downloaded file to a bootable DOS USB key.
2. Power on the system, then go to BIOS Setup by pressing F2 and go to "Boot > Boot List Option"
3. Change "UEFI" to "Legacy" of Boot List Option
4. Go to "Exit > Exit Save Changes" and reboot system.
5. Press F12, then Select "USB Storage Device" and Boot to DOS prompt.
6. Run the file by typing copied file name where the executable is located.
7. DOS System will auto restart and update BIOS while system startup screen.
8. After BIOS update finished, system will auto reboot.
9. Go to BIOS Setup by pressing pressing F2 and go to "Boot > Boot List Option"
10. Change "Legacy" to "UEFI" Boot Option.
11. Go to "Exit > Exit Save Changes" and reboot system
