Ocs inventory - problemas de comunicação com o servidor.

Boa tarde meus caros,

 

Estou instalando o OCS Inventory no Windows 7 com Client no Windows 7, e o agent não se comunica com o servidor, alguem já passou pela situação?

 

Segue log de erro do agent:

Pelo que pude notar, o OCS Inventory, é um software para monitorar e gerenciar computadores em uma rede, já verificou se o firewall não está impedindo a conexão do programa com a rede?

@gprilopes Ao final do log, percebi que a instalação do Agent concluiu. Chegou a dar uma olhada se o serviço iniciou? Talvez a instalação foi feita mas por algum motivo o serviço não iniciou automaticamente.

Passei por isso tambem cara...

O meu OCS Server esta instalado no Debian e dadva o mesmo problema.

Penei muito pra conseguir consertar isso, até que consegui arrumar reinstalando algumas libs necessárias pro Ocs Server.

Se o seu OCS server estiver no windows, tenta desabilitar o firewall e tenta comunicar novamente.

Se seu OCS server estiver em um Linux, segue exatamente o que escrevi abaixo que você consegue, foi a mesma coisa que eu fiz:

 

O pacote abaixo, são scripts como o make, gcc e etc
apt-get install apt-build

Os Pacotes abaixo são para a instalação do OCS Inventory Server:
apt-get install apache2
apt-get install apache2-doc

apt-get install mysql-server
Colocar a senha de ROOT do MySQl (anotar a senha)

apt-get install php5
apt-get install php5-mysql
apt-get install php5-gd
apt-get install libapache2-mod-perl2
apt-get install libxml-simple-perl
apt-get install libio-compress-perl
apt-get install libcompress-zlib-perl
apt-get install libnet-ip-pirl
apt-get install libsoap-lite-perl
apt-get install libc6-dev
apt-get install libdbi-perl
apt-get install libdbd-mysql-perl
apt-get install libapache-dbi-perl

Acessar o tmp
cd /tmp

Baixar o pacote de instalação do OSC
wget https://launchpad.net/ocsinventory-server/stable-2.1/2.1.2/+download/OCSNG_UNIX_SERVER-2.1.2.tar.gz

Descompactar o Pacote
tar –zxvf OCSNG_UNIX_SERVER-2.1.2.tar.gz

Acessar a pasta:
cd OCSNG_UNIX_SERVER-2.0

Executar o Setup
sh setup.sh

Editar o arquivo dbconfig.inc.php

vi /usr/share/ocsinventory-reports/ocsreports/dbconfig.inc.php

Salvar e sair

Reiniciar o Apache2

/etc/init.d/apache2 restart
