Qual dessas é melhor??? Vale trocar minha gf 4 mx 440 por essa radeon?? a radeon é 128 bits , 128 ddr, tv out...a geforce também...e agora ??quem poderá me ajudar??

Num tem nem comparação, a radeo 9600 (não pro é melhor) desde que tenha memória de 128bits se for de 64bits(não confunda com megas) num compensa...

De tudo isso que você colocou a única coisa que importa é 128-bit DDR memory interface . Vai tranquilo na 9600 pois ela é superior à MX440, aliás a concorrente dela seria a Ti4200 e não a MX440.
