Intelbras i65 não instala Vista

Adquiri o Notebook Intelbras i65 (Intel Core 2 Duo, 4GB DDR2, 320GB HD) com linux Fenix instalado. Removi todas as partições do hd, inicializei com o DVD do Vista e não tive sucesso. Logo que o sistema inicializa pelo DVD, ele trava. Tentei instalar o Windows 7, aconteceu a mesma coisa. Pensei que o notebook tinha algum problema e resolvi instalar o Windows XP. A minha surpresa é que com o XP Funcionou direitinho.

Cara, também estou com mesmo problema, até tentei instalar o WinXP e depois atualizar pro VISTA mas quando ele Reinicia durante o processo de instalação apresenta a Blue Screen. Será que ninguem sabe solucionar este problema??? Quando tento subir a instalação em modo de depuração da p/ ver que ele da a Blue Screen depois que tenta carregar o arquivo disco.sys acho... :confused:

Cara da quase o mesmo erro só que invés de Blue Screen a instalação trava numa tela preta... :/ To achando que é alguma incompatibilidade de hardware... talvez precise executar algum procedimento antes de executar a instalação... :confused:

Tive o mesmo problema para instalar o Windows Vista, (Tela Azul) antes da inicialização da instalação. E com o Windows 7 ele simplesmente trava e não dá continuidade a instalação.

Tive que utilizar o windows XP, o qual instalou sem problema algum.

Pessoal,

Tentei instalar o Win XP 64 SP2 no i65 sem sucesso... ele começa carregar os drivers no boot e depois aparece a mensagem "Starting Windows XP" e advinha???? Isso... ele congela!!

Alguem sabe o hardware, qual a placa mãe desse i65 ou algum programa que eu consiga obter essa informação???

Eu descobri que o HD é um Wester Digital...

Continuando os testes consegui instalar o Windows Vista no i65 ams virtualizado, ou seja do WinXP criei uma marquina virtual do Vista usando o VirtualBox e instalou sem problemas... Configurei na maquina virtual HD de 8GB e 1GB de Memoria RAM.

Fiz esse teste devido a esse post sobre problemas na Instalação do Vista em computadores com 4GB de RAM:

Bem... pelo que andei pesquisando nos foruns afora, parece que o problema é na memoria de 4 Gb. vista e seven x32 e x64 bits não instala com 4Gb memoria ram, para instalar tem que tirar um pente de memoria pra ficar com 2 Gb, não testei ainda, porque o meu notebook está na garantia e se eu abrir pra tirar a memoria, perco a garantia. Depois que instalar ,coloque novamente o pente pra ficar com 4Gb de ram. Se tiver alguem que o notebook não esteja na garantia, ai vai essa dica, gostaria que postassem , se alguem conseguiu com essa dica, vou levar o meu na assitência e pedir pra testar pra mim, eu liguei pro suporte da Intelbras e falaram pra mim que instala sim, pra tenta com vista SP1, e se não conseguisse ,retornar a ligação pra eles. Bem tentei e nada, foi quando eu li sobre o assunto da memoria ram... como ele foi feito com os hardware mais atual ,esse notebook geralmente vem com o vista x64 instalado. Não esqueçam de mim... Bjs.

Hi Pearl,

You're getting a blue screen as soon as "Windows is loading files" screen passes by.

This is a sure case of your RAM which is not able to load the files.

You can give a try with this step:

Since it is a notebook computer it is quite difficult to unplug 2GB of RAM and to start the installation.

So, I suggest you to get into the System BIOS and try to load the default setting for the BIOS/

You'll have an option - LOAD SETUP DEFAULTS or LOAD OPTIMIZED DEFAULTS.

Once you're done with this, please set the priority for your DVD ROM drive and try to install.

Let me know if this step has worked for you.

Tentei a orientação da BIOS mas deu a mesma mensagem de erro (Page Fault in Non Paged Area). Já postei a resposta no forum do Vista vamos ver se alguem tem alguma outra orientação.

Ontem fiz a instalação do vista no intelbras i65. Somente foi possível realmente com a retirada de um dos 2 pentes de ram (infelizmente tive que violar o lacre e devo ter perdido a garantia).

A instalação foi concluída sem problemas.

Fiz tbém a instalação do sp1 e sp2 do vista.

Com relação aos drivers, usei os do site da intelbras e tbém foi sem problemas.

Mas (é claro nem tudo é perfeito) estou com um problema: quando surgem aquelas mensagens de autorizações, ou quando aciono um outro programa (por enquanto só instalei o ccleaner), a tela dá uma piscada (chega a apagar o monitor).

Agora não sei dizer se existe algum ajuste a ser feito.

Em tempo, este fato acontece com 2gb e com 4gb de ram.

Tlz seja por causa da placa de vídeo, ou até mesmo pela velocidade do processador (1,6GHz).

Se não existir solução, vou voltar para o XP, pois estou com medo de estragar o computador.

Inclusive, os recursos de ajustes normais de aparência e outros estão na menor condição possível, ou seja, não dá nem para trocar as cores.

Não testei com o Seven, mas com este, no meu micro antigo, tive problemas com vários outros programas que ainda utilizo.

Concluindo, o note é até bonitinho e simpático, com teclado muito confortável, mas acho que caí numa armadilha, inclusive pelo suporte lastimável oferecido pela empresa.

Alguém poderia comentar por favor.

Pessoal, consegui resolver o problema junto a assistência técnica autorizada da Intelbras. Por sorte, eu acompanhei todo o procedimento feito.

Este notebook possui 02 memórias DDR2 de 2GB. Ao ser retirado qualquer uma delas, conseguimos instalar o Windows Vista e também o Windows 7 sem nenhum problema.

Foi passado as informações para fábrica, que está providenciano a troca das memórias, que dizendo eles, está com problemas de incompatibilidades.

Cuidado quem for fazer isso em casa... se tiver lacres de garantia no notebook e retirá-los, a garantia fica invalidada, sem dó nem piedade!

Tirei os lacres de garantia de um i35 pra colocar mais memória e quando precisei de garantia, disseram que eu tinha perdido por causa dos lacres... minha sorte é que era um problema leve e eu mesmo consegui consertar o problema no teclado.

olha esse note é fácil instalar vista ou seven tira um pente de memoria de 2gb e poe um de 1 gb ele fica com tres eu usei assim e instalei o seven abriu o aereo e tudo no xp não tive problemas ele só reconhece 3 gb mesmo é so colocar os drives do vista que tem na intelbras é os drives do i10 ou i67 é tudo igual e só felicidadeha essas piscadas o vista tem em qualquer pc você regula no uac

ALguém me ajuda! eu formatei um notebook intelbras i65 só que ele não quis instalar o driver de audio, eu peguei esse que tem no site só que no final da instalação ele da erro...alguém sabe o que fazer?

E será possivel recolocar o pente de memoria depois e utilizar tudo normalmente?? ou posso colocar uma de 1GB como foi citado em topicos abaixo????

Peguei um notebook com este mesmo problema e qual eu deveria instalar o Windows 7 x64 e o Linux Mint 9.

Pesquisando neste mesmo tópico, o de maior referência informava que tirando 2 GB de memória funciona. OK, funciona mesmo, porém ao voltar com os 4 GB, voltamos a estaca zero e o sistema trava. Finalizando não há solução desta forma.

Atualização de BIOS:

O que descobri ao abrir o notebook da M/B é JFW01. Bom com nome em mãos fiz uma rápida pesquisa em busca do BIOS atualizado e cheguei ao modelo 1.0.8, que soluciona os problemas descritos no tópico.

Bom aqui deixo o link e a fonte original de onde peguei o arquivo para atualizar. Lembre-se de realizar um Backup do BIOS antigo e estar com o Notebook contectado na Bateria e com ela carregada. Recomendo instalar o Windows XP e executar a versão gráfica do programa caso tenha dúvidas, pois será bem mais fácil.
