Bad Type

Recentemente, após formatar uma partição e reinstalar o XP, meu HD não consegue mais ser desfragmentado ou passar o scandisk...

Tentei usar o PartitionMagic 8.0 e na inicialização ele acusa dois erros e pergunta se eu quero corrigi-los. Após isso, ele vai para o programa onde verifico que o HD está como "Bad Type" e não consigo acessar nenhuma das 2 partições dele...

Rodei o PartitionInfo e ele acusa erro de geometria dos discos... O log está abaixo.

Alguém sabe como corrigir isto?
