Problema DMA-driver error, gravadora Samsung

Olá, amigos.

Tenho tido enormes problemas com meu PC ao gravar DVDs, perdi já diversas mídias.

Ele simplesmente dá erro e cancela a gravação.

Gostaria de evitar de mandar para a garantia que fica a mais de 500km da minha cidade.

Penso que possa se tratar de problema de software.

Vai o log abaixo e a imagem em anexo para a avaliação dos amigos:

- Assumindo que o gravador seja de interface IDE. Verifique se seu DMA na unidade da gravadora está ativo: Iniciar > Painel de Controle > Sistema > Hardware > Gerenciador de dispositivos > Controladores IDE ATA/ATAPI > Canal IDE onde está seu gravador (clique duas vezes) > Configurações avançadas > Modo de transferência tem que estar "DMA se disponível".

- Tenta gravar em 4x.

- Use outra marca de mídia se o problema persistir.
