Melhor configuração para ECS GF7100PVT-M3

Olá pessoal.

Comprei recentemente, uma placa mãe ECS GF7100PVT-M3, juntamente com 2 Gb de memória ddr2 800.

Como estava utilizando nela meu Pentium 4 3.0Ghz, e tenho necessitado de mais de velocidade para trabahar, quero comprar um processador novo, colocar mais 2 gb de memória e comprar uma fonte nova. É aí que ficam as dúvidas:

- Afinal, essa mobo suporta ou não Dual Channel?

- Se sim, que memórias comprar para ela?

- Pretendo comprar um Core 2 Quad, qual comprar?

- Que fonte comprar?

Suporte single channel ou seja nao suporta dual

Suporte core2 ou quad

Ela tem o mesmo esquema das asus medias, diz que suporta 8gb de ram mas só garante (testado) até 4gb ou seja o cara lê do lado de fora da caixa isso quando vai ver não´é bem isso... fala sério!

Bom mas é a placa que voce tem então compra um quad e dois pentes de 2gb de 800 ou mais se der

Puxa! Os manuais indicavam suporte a dual channel! Que decepção!

O processador que pretendia comprar, um Intel Core 2 Quad processor Q6600 2.4 GHz Não consta na lista, estranho. Será que é possível utilizá-lo?

E quanto a fonte, qual a melhor a se utilizar nessas condições? Visto que terei 2 Hd's sata (1,5 Tb), 2 memórias 800 Mhz e um Core 2 Quad.
