PHP Configuração ClassroomBookings localhost com XAMPP

Bom dia Galera!

 

Estou com problemas para configurar a aplicação ClassroomBookings no meu micro.

Tenho o XAMPP instalado e rodando o Mysql e Apache.

Já fiz a criação do banco e atribuição de permissões, conforme orientado no site do desenvolvedor.

Porém ao tentar acessar a aplicação pelo navegador dá um erro, estou acessando pelo localhost, 'http://localhost/crbs/' ( crbs é o nome do diretório dentro do htdocs no XAMPP)

 Estou usando o Windows 8.1 x64

Muito Obrigado @washalbano .

Eu estava usando o PHP 7.2.11 - Achei que funcionaria por ser superior, mas realmente o erro era esse.

Instalei a versão 5.6.38 e rodou certinho.
