Problemas com o "Índice de experiência do Windows!"

Boa noite nobres companheiros. Preciso de uma orientação sobre o Índice de experiência do Windos! Já faz um bom tempo que não faço a avaliação do meu sistema, na verdade já formatei meu PC várias vezes e nem me lembrava dela, porém essa semana por motivos de testes, executei a formatação e nas duas vezes quando estou avaliando meu sistema, antes de terminar aparece uma mensagem informando que a ferramenta parou de funcionar. Fiz tudo como manda o figurino, ativei, baixei e instalei as atualizações,drivers da placa mãe,enfim, meu PC está zero bala funcionando 100%, não trava, nem um erro sequer aparece, porém estou perdido sobre esse problema.Em todas as tentativas,cliquei em procurar uma solução online,mas em nenhuma delas funcionou. Na imagem mostra exatamente a janela com o problema descrito.Como a janela não maximiza, fiz uma pequena edição de forma que os detalhes do erro fiquem numa só coluna.Ficarei grato a quem puder me ajudar entender o que pode estar acontecendo.Obrigado!

Clique no Iniciar » Executar(se não houver, pressione tecla Windows+R) e digite;

eventvwr.exe

No Console de Eventos, clique em Logs do Windows;

Nas opções Aplicativos e Sistema, em ambos pressione botão direito e Limpar Log. Após este procedimento, volte a executar o Índice de Experiência, se apresentar novamente o erro, volte no console de eventos e post aqui os eventos criados.

Fiz o procedimento que você orientou,apaguei os logs e executei a avaliação. Mas na metade da avaliação a ferramenta para e aparece a mesma mensagem de erro que postei. Então agora estou postando os logs como me pediu.

Douglas, fiz um "print screen" exatamente no ponto onde a ferramenta de avaliação para de responder e abre a janela de erro, mas só que na hora de enviar a imagem, aparece que eu excedí o limite e não consigo postar a nova imagem, o que faço?

Dentro do diretório DataStore, apague todos os arquivos e restarte a estação, depois volte a executar o Índice de Experiência.

Você pode limpar a lista de anexos, Vá em Painel de Controle nas opções Diversos, clique em Anexos. Veja imagem abaixo;

Essa imagem é exatamente a que aparece quando dá o erro: Bem no momento que está "Ajustando a decodificação do Windows Media", a barra de progresso avança um bom pedaço e daí abre a janela de erro.

Minha placa de vídeo é on-board 256mb e meu sistema é x86 Ultimate. Só pra acrescentar eu já tinha feito índice de experiencia inclusive postei aqui no site.

Justo agora que eu mais preciso pois semana que vem vou comprar uma placa de vídeo off-board e precisarei saber no que irá melhorar meu índice.Da última vez que fiz deu nota de "2,0" justamente por causa dos elementos gráficos.Minha máquina funciona muito bem,leve,sem erros ou travamento.

Abra o prompt de comando com privilégio elevado(como administrador), tenha em mãos a midia de instalação do Windows 7 e execute o comando abaixo;

sfc.exe /SCANFILE=C:\Windows\System32\KernelBase.dll

E veja se encontra alguma anormalidade no arquivo.

Instalei o driver VGA atualizado que você recomendou e percebí que meu sistema ficou bem melhor. Você me ajudou a entender onde estava errando, na primeira vez que instalei o Windows 7, eu não instalei nenhum driver da placa mãe que vem com o PC, tudo foi o Windows que instalou automaticamente e dessas últimas vezes que formatei meu PC eu inseri o CD de drivers e mandei ver pra instalar todos.Como tudo funcionou perfeitamente e eu não liguei mais pro índice de experiência, não percebí que meus drivers estavam desatualizados e por esse motivo não entendia o porquê do índice não concluir.Mas com sua preciosa ajuda e perseverança , tudo deu certo e pra comprovar estou postando a imagem do resultado que pra minha surpresa onde antes era de "2,0", hoje está em "2,9".Obrigado Douglas e mais uma vez parabéns por esse conhecimento valioso que você possui e tem prazer em dividir conosco!
