CSS como remover esse espaço entre o navbar e o background

olá bom dia, alguém poderia me ajudar em como tirar esse espaço entre o nav e o background?? Ja tentei de tudo!!!!

Só com o código HTML não dá para responder. Seria ideal, você postar o CSS também.

Pela imagem, tudo indica que você fez alguma regra CSS conflitando, fazendo com que haja um espaço indesejado.
