Instalar Windows 10 limpa

Boa tarde!

 

Preciso criar uma imagem com o Windows 10 sem os aplicativos nativos para distribuição em grande escala, só que para isso o perfil tem que ser único, qualquer colaborador da empresa devera ter os mesmos aplicativos e icones, esse processo tenho com o windows 8.1 sem problema utilizando um arquivo de resposta.

Só que no Windows 10 não consigo realizar essa tarefa.

Criei o arquivo de resposta bem simples só com a copia do perfil o copyprofile na item Microsoft-Windows-Shell-Setup na opção 4 Specialize do Windows System Image Manager, mas quando tento rodar o sysprep com a opção /generalize ele não executa e apresente esse erro no log.

Já tentei procurar em vários foruns mas sem solução.
