FPS caindo Durante o Jogo

Olá Amigos. Estou passando por um Problema muito chato.

Minha Fonte Iceage 500W IAHP500 Estava com Defeito. Consegui Conserta-lá e Liguei na minha GTX550Ti e quando estou Jogando League Of Legends o FPS de 80~90 cai pra 20~30 e não da pra jogar, mesmo colocando TUDO no VERY LOW. se reiniciar o PC resolve o Problema só que em Alguns Minutos volta Novamente , Alguem tem uma Luz no Fim desse Tunel?
