Internet desconectando a todo momento

Bom tenho estado tentando jogar alguns jogos e notei o mesmo problema com a rede. tento jogar e fico levando disconect toda hora fui ao netalyzr para ver mais como nao entendo muito de rede gostaria que vocês me ajudassem
