Boa tarde,

Estou usando a fonte PSN-505s2 da c3tech aqui num pc bem genérico, segue a config:

AMD Athlon64 x2 5600+

Asus m2n-mx se

2gb markvision ddr2

Seagate 250gb

Gostaria de saber se posso rodar uma HD4870 nessa config com essa c3tech e caso não possa, qual fonte comprar para uma config mais parruda, com possível crossfire no futuro, phenomII x4 e etc (meio vaga essa segunda parte, eu sei, mas é que ainda não defini isso)

Bom ambas seguram , mas se o dinheiro aguentar pegue a Seventeam , mas cuidado porque a Seventeam tem varias series pegue a 550P-am.

Fonte acima de 500W e com PFC ativo por até R$ 260,00 talvez você garimpando bastante a internet encontre a 8600-EPS. Fora isso, impossível.

Você nem mesmo precisa de uma fonte aicma de 400W para tocar tua configuração com a HD5770. O consumo ficará no máximo em 250W em pico do pico de consumo. Não pense você que a HD5770 consome muito, pois não é. O consumo dela é de 60W em pico. Sendo assim, até a Corsair CX400 aguentaria tranquilamente e com muita folga essa configuração, e dá pra encontrá-la por menos de R$ 200,00 facilmente.

Olá!

Amigo uma boa fonte seria a Corsair 450vx, mas acredito que passa do seu orçamento.

Essa seria uma ótima escolha de fonte, por ela ter PFC ativo, alta eficiência, potencia bem acima do rotulado e etc...

Mas eu te aconselho a pegar uma OCZ400sxs ou uma Corsair 400cx, porque possuem um melhor custo/beneficio e ambas levariam sua configuração com folga.

Obrigado aos amigos RooT e diegox, eu estava calculando errado no Power Supply calculator, estava colocando uma coisa que não era pra colocar e estava dando 360W +/-, usahuashuas, bom, então acho que devo ficar com a Corsair CX400, ela leva até mais de 400W, portanto acho que devo comprá-la! E assim sobra dinheiro pra comprar uma 5770! Obrigado amigos!

A C3Tech 600W não é genérica, é de ótima qualidade, só não entrega 600W, mas sim 450W. Segura dois PCs desses com certeza. Agora, como pode gastar mais tem Corsair 400CX, que tem cabos mais longos, forrados, mais conectores e qualidade um pouco superior, na faixa dos R$ 180,00.

Ela segura sem dúvida, o ruim dessa fonte é justamente ela ser vendida como 600W (não 600mhz XD), pois com o valor que você pagaria nela, pode comprar coisa bem melhor, uma OCZ 450W por exemplo. Outro ponto ruim dessa C3 Tech é que futuros upgrade que você pretenda fazer e que possam se aproximar dos 500W de consumo são arriscados.

Olá pessoal, segue a configuração do PC que estou comprando:

Placa mãe: DX58SO Intel

Processador: i7-920 Intel

Memória: 6GB DDR3 XMS3 Corsair

HDs: Dois de 500GB Seagate (Total 1TB)

Gravador DVD: LG

Placa de vídeo: ATI Radeon 4670 1GB

A placa de vídeo é simples porque não sou gammer, uso para programas gráficos e gráficos de ações que não exigem grande processamento.

A dúvida é qual fonte utilizar? Não tenho ideia de quantos Watts preciso para essa configuração. Procurei na internet e achei alguns sites dizendo que pra SLI ou Crossfire precisava de +/- 600W. Então estou procurando fontes abaixo disso, na faixa de 450W a 550W, pois só terei uma placa de vídeo. Encontrei as seguintes opções:

Fonte Corsair ATX 450W CMPSU-450VX

Fonte Seventeam St-550pam 550W

Fonte Seventeam ST-550PAG 550W

450W é pouco? Muito? Dá pra usar menos que isso ou preciso de mais?

Ví os testes das duas Seventeam aqui no site, mas não cheguei a nenhuma conclusão se uma é melhor que a outra. Dá pra dizer se uma é melhor que a outra?

Gosto das Seventeam, pois estou na segunda e sempre me atendeu bem, mas não tenho problema em trocar. Sei que Corsair também é excelente.

Pra lhe dizer a verdade, uma boa fonte de 360W já suporta tua configuração e com muita folga.

Uma opção excelente e com ótimo custo/benefício seria a Corsair CX400, em média custando R$ 200,00. Outra opção também muito boa e geralmente mais barata é a OCZ 400W (OCZ400SXS).

Tem ainda a Zalman 360APS se você encontrá-la mais barata que as anteriores vale a pena pegar ela.

Todas essas fontes são excelentes, todas já testadas e aprovadas pelos testes de tortura feitos aqui no Clube do Hardware.

Como o RooT ali disse, uma 360W Real segura na boa. E, também afirmando o qu disse o RooT, uma ótima opção custo/benefício é a Corsair CX400 (garimpando bem você encontra ela por R$170,00 aproximadamente). A Zalman 360APS também vale muito a pena no seu caso. Mas a relação custo/benefício dela não é tão boa quanto a da Corsair (isso não quer dizer que ela não seja boa).

Computador da minha assinatura Fonte 750W (Coletek) + placa de vídeo geforce 9600 gt 1GB DDR3

Eu estou tendo problemas no vídeo como se não houvesse energia o suficiente para a placa. Será que essa fonte não dá pro gasto? 750W?

Creio que não seja problema de software, já verifiquei isso e até já entrei em contato com a nvidia para ver se conseguiam resolver:

Hi Fagner,

Thanks for waiting. There is a high probability the card is defective or the PSU is bad. I don't suspect driver is an issue at this point. If you have another PC(assuming the PSU is adequate) to test, I'd try it and see if corruption and system freeze is still reproducible. If yes, you may want to contact the card manufacturer directly and get a replacement. NVIDIA is just a chip supplier so we don't manufacturer graphics cards.

I tried to run batman a few times, when I set Anisotropic Filtering to 16x, sometimes I experience some failures in the game, like many walls coming from everywhere of the screen. If I disable this or set the application to control, it don't happen. In 16x, when the video don't fail, sometimes the computer stucks and the game stops.

I've Installed the driver and tried to run Modern Warfare 2. At first sight the green stains remained, but I didnt saw the vertical lines in the video. I tried to minimize pressing win key and maximize again without pause the game*. When I maximized the game stoped to answer to my commands. I couldnt minimize again, but at least I could take an screenshot, so I restarted the computer:

I've installed the driver and tried to run modem Warfare 1. After the brief of the mission the screen turned into different colors. The computer stucked like before (without minimize the screen). I could take a blind print screen like before, so I restarted the computer:

PS.: In all tries since now the audio never had any problem.

With winxp_182.50_whql:

I've installed the driver and tried to run Modern Warfare 2. At first sight the green stains remained, but I didnt saw the vertical lines in the video. I tried to minimize pressing win key and maximize again. When I maximized the first time nothing changed. When I maximized the second time the game prompted a xp error (with the option of send or dont send an error report to MS).

I've installed the driver and tried to run modem Warfare 1. After the brief of the mission the screen turned into different colors. The computer stucked like before (without minimize the screen). I could take a blind print screen like before:

PS.: I could finish the process of the game and it returned to the desktop. Sometimes the computer stucks even with the game closed and I need to restart the computer, not in this case.

When I tried to uninstall this driver it prompted an error on device manager "this driver is required for windows to start", so I installed the next driver over this already installed one.

With winxp_185.85_whql:

I've installed the driver and tried to run modem Warfare 1. After the brief of the mission the screen turned into different colors. I didn't tried a print screen because that was the same issue than before.

After all the tests I restored the computer to a restore point before the tests.

Notes:

1 - * When I minimize and maximize without "pause" the game, the computer stuck and there's a failure in the video where it shows many colorfull stains, else it can or not crash. It happens with any of the testes drivers.

2 - All tests were made restarting the computer after a sucessfull uninstall of the driver following the correct procedures.

3 - Sometimes when I minimize and maximize the screen and it don't crash, the green stains in the texture of the characteres change the place or disappear.

BATMAN:

I have tested Batman: Arkham of Asylum Demo from NVidia website using the latest stable driver (I believe is the 186.18). The video worked fine, no green stains, I've minimized and maximized, no problem. Just a wonderfull quality and performance with physix very high. The only problem I experienced is in the sound. He don't play in some scenes with dialogues, where the screen is focusing on the character and where I have no movement (I am not saying the movies, it is the scenes with no input movement).

CRYSIS

I have testes the Crysis Demo from Nvidia Website using the same driver. The video worked fine until the start game. After that the computer comnpletely stucked, the "numlock" key was turning on/off slowly, like if the computer havent resources to run the game. I was running in the Best resolution I found. Follow screen:

Translating it is somethign like "The driver nv4_disp stoped to working. Save your work and restart PC to restore all monitor functionalities[...]". So I restarted the computer after that and tried to run the same game based on 1024x780 resolution:

I tried to change the game resolution to the native 1680x1050, the computer sctucked, the screen got colorfull and after the screen got blacked. So the game changed automaticaly to the last resolution working (in this case 1024x780).

There is still a 50/50 chances that it could be a driver or hardware issue. Can you try these 3 drivers with COD-1 and COD-2? Please be sure the game has the latest updates.

It looks like the cascade game only runs in Vista/Win7 and not supported in XP hence you got the D3D10 error

Hi, I tried to install the beta driver.

I uninstalled the other version.

After the computer restarted I tried to install in security mode.

It failed, prompting “an error has been occurred, it will return the last driver and etc.”

I have restarted the computed then tried to install in normal mode.

Successful.

I tried to open call of duty Modern Warfare 2 after open some other programas (Mozilla firefox and email client).

The game opened fine.

When the game started the 3D game engine (after the introduced cinematics) the screen appeared all distorced. I could see pixels in some parts of the screen like if you zoom it.

Half seconds after the screen turned crazy I had to restart the computer. The keyboard and mouse still worked, but the game wasn’t responding.

Next time I avoided open the Firefox and email.

Started the game.

I loaded the resumed game to start without the briefing.

It started with no problem, but I saw the character were with some green squared stains in his face and body.

I’ve turned around and I saw vertical lines flashing through the screen:

I minimized the game pressing win key to paste the screen. Then when I get back I saw this:

Now I tried to run the Call of Duty Modern Warfare (the first version). The same vertical lines but in screenshot I couldn’t get it.

Now to the demos

The first demo I tried to open were the human head in supersample 2, but it stucked all and I had to restart the computer.

After I tried to run the nzd_SmokeSetup, here is the result:

Perfect working, no errors or stains.

Then I tried to run Adrianne, everything worked fine, except the wireframe mode that require a lot of processing making the pc to look a little slow and some hidden stains in her body:

I dunno if that red thing in the menu is normal.

So I installed and tried to run cascades:

Not possible to locate de file d3d10.dll…

And I successfully installed the direct 10 when prompted to do so, dun no why this error.

So I tried the human head again Supersample Modifier = 1.5, Almost invisible stains in the skin:

So I changed the Supersample Modifier to 2 and tried to run it again:

Some colorfull lights around the head.

Obviously I couldn’t get screenshot in the times the PC stucked, but it happens sometimes.

Before the update to the new driver the stains and the freeze remained. But at least the graphic didn’t distorced.

So, I am getting back to the old driver to continue playing (or at leasting trying when it don’t crash). If you want more information, I can try open this demos with the other driver.

Leandro, a VX550 é melhor que a ModXtream 600W e também que a Zalman 600HP. As vantagens da VX550 em relação à essas fontes é o barramento único em 12V, ter todos os componentes necessários na filtragem dos transientes (a Zalman 600HP não tem varistor) e a garantia de 5 anos diretamente com a Corsair.

Particularmente eu ficaria com a VX550 por essas pequenas vantagens, não muito significantes, mas para quem se preocupa com todos os detalhes isso conta.

Você pretende usá-la em qual configuração?

Computador da minha assinatura Fonte 750W (Coletek) + placa de vídeo geforce 9600 gt 1GB DDR3
Eu estou tendo problemas no vídeo como se não houvesse energia o suficiente para a placa. Será que essa fonte não dá pro gasto? 750W?

Creio que não seja problema de software, já verifiquei isso e até já entrei em contato com a nvidia para ver se conseguiam resolver

Bom por si só, a Coletek é uma bela porcaria, essa sua ai não entrega 750W nem aqui, nem na China. Sabe dizer qual é o modelo dela específicamente? Tem boa chance dela ser o problema.

Olá pessoal, estou montando meu primeiro pc depois de uns 5 anos usando somente notebook, e não sei qual a fonte ideal para a minha configuração. Ela é a seguinte:

i5 750

Asus p7p55d le

2gb ram mas pretendo expandir mais tarde para 8gb, 1333mhz

hd 320gb

segundo hd de 500gb

placa de vídeo hd4870

gravador de dvd

3 fans que vem com o gabinete ( coolermaster cm 690 )

Você deve ter calculado errado, pois o consumo aí não deve ser maior que 300w. Lembrando que essa divisão por 0,7 é apenas para saber se o consumo ficará na faixa de consumo pertencente ao maior nível de eficiência possível, mas não é um caso necessário.

Se você der uma olhada no tópico oficial da VX550 vai ver um teste do Techic3D com ela, lá eles conseguiram extrair quase 900W dessa fonte!

Sobre os sites de testes, os testes do CDH são os melhores de que tenho notícias. Alguns outros sites que fazem testes de carga com as fontes são JonnyGuru, Techic3D, Xbitlabs e SilentPCreview.

Opa, legal, achei que ia precisar de mais. E se eu quiser fazer um crossfire com duas 4870, uma corsair 550w ia dar pro gasto ou será que iria precisar da corsair 650w?

Comprei essa semana meu pc e como me indicaram comprei um fonte OCZ 400SxS.

Mas ele n funciona direito e após algumas Horas aqui no fórum me falaram que provavelmente a fonte não estaria suprindo a necessidade da configuração que é a seguinte:

p7p55d-le

hd 4870 1gb

HD 320gb barracuda

gostaria de saber se realmente a fonte não suporta tal configuração ou se estou com outra peça danificada.

Olha problema com alimentação e descartado ,qual è exatamente o que acontece com seu pc? porque ele não e beberão a ponto de exigir tanto da fonte que por sinal è muito boa .

bom provavelmente alguem irá reclamar que este não é o tópico adequado para esse tipo de questão mas

o problema é o seguinte eu ligo o pc ele funciona todo: fan´s, cooler processador, cooler VGA, acende o led indicativo da placa-mãe e tudo mais.

Só que não passa imagem para o monitor... o monitor não esta com problema pois estou usando ele em outro pc... o adaptador DVI que vem com a placa de video tambem não pois comprei outro para ver se esse era o problema...

Já tentei varias coisas: montei ele fora do gabinete, remontei ele, limpei os conectores, troquei de slot PCI, testei sem o HD o leitor de cd e os perifericos... e nda... já não sei o que mais tentar... o trem aqui simplesmente nao boota...
