Debian 11 não instala .deb pois diz que não tem dependencias (HPNSSH)

Queria ver a performance do HPNSSH para ver se tenho velocidades melhores de down e up no tunelamento de SSH, porém sempre termino com problemas ao tentar instalar

tento usar sudo apt install -f arquivo.db porém sempre reclama das dependências mesmo tendo elas

Esses são os arquivos:

queria instalar o client e server porém tento instalar e sai:

Quando tento instalar por exemplo libc6 solta:

sudo apt install libc6

Esses pacotes foram compilados com o ferramental do Ubuntu 20.10. Improvável funcionarem no Debian. Os para Debian 10 (buster) têm mais chance de darem certo... ou não.

@Marcos FRM Consegui instalando a versão hpnssh_8.4_hpn15v1_dpkgs.tgz

Existe uma pasta do Debian, se você não tivesse falado não teria visto, obrigado
