Tela azul - DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL - BAD_POOL_HEADER

Oi,

Seguinte gente, eu estou com um problema de tela azul com o famoso DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. Então decidi passar no WhoCrashed, e ele deu o seguinte relatorio (o qual não entendi nada):
